This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Murrybowl Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://www.murrybowl.com/terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free UPS Standard shipping on All orders shipping to customer locations within the contiguous United States only. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
Express Shipping
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
Once your order is packaged, we will send you an email with your shipping information and tracking number.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free UPS Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope your pet is eating happily with your murrybowl products. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at hi@murrybowl.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and unused item in the original packaging, then mail your return to the address which will be provided with your RMA number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track able method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $20.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

All returns requests must be a purchase made through murrybowl.com online store.

All returns must be submitted through the email below within 30 days of the original date of purchase. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided when the return criteria is verified and approved. An email notification will be sent confirming approval of your refund.

Any shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.

Additional shipping costs and packaging materials are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

All murrybowl products and parts must be unused and undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

Murrybowl is not eligible for a refund or replacement if damaged by pet playing or chewing, and improper cleaning, care, or neglect. Murrybowl is safe, long lasting, and durable and is not a toy. Please click here for more product care information.
